London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel, BW Signature Collection

The room was just right, had everything that I needed. The staff were excellent, could not do enough for me and very friendly, I would definitely stay again, the staff made the stay, they are 5 star as far as I ma concerned.

Location was great and staff were friendly and attentive. Informed the staff that we had a disabled guest in our party who had mobility issues. They provided us with free parking but then gave him the room furthest from the lift. We booked 2 rooms. One was really small but really cute. The other larger room was really hot. We had an air conditioning unit but it was really loud. Breakfast was great, lots of selection.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of occasions over the past few years and I can say when I stayed recently l was very impressed. They have been improving their rooms and each floor over the past year and it's paid off. The staff clearly work very hard and are always polite and professional and try to accommodate guests as much as possible. Thank you for improving the rooms and bathrooms it will pay off in the long term as more people will appreciate what you have to offer. We stayed to dine and enjoyed the hospitality in the dining area. We had rarely had time to do that before but it was good food and so glad that we didn't go out to eat elsewhere. The bar staff are also very helpful. Breakfast was its usual good quality. Much appreciated how much they offer and its quality. It is such a pleasant and convenient hotel for London visits to theatres and outings. It does offer good value for money too. Please keep updating the rooms and bathrooms and ensure the workers are happy. Congratulations 10/10. Thank you.

The hotel reception was well decorated and the reception staff where incredibly polite both with check in and check out. Extra pillows where available and an ironing board so I could freshen up my uniform. The tv was a good size with plenty of channels available. Staff offered us breakfast which we declined but it was appreciated. Paying for parking was also really easy as its online. The hotel was really close to a retail park, so plenty of options for food and drinks. Over all, the hotel exceeded my expectations and if I am in the area again, I will be booking here

Everything was Fantastic. Every meal had so much flavour, from breakfast to dinner was delicious. The staff was exception, even fellow guests brought good vibes. It was almost like everyone knew everyone. Kind words, fun and laughter flooded the atmosphere. It was great!
